Michael is a highly qualified and experienced Independent Financial Adviser. Having previously worked for 24 years for HSBC bank. He is now the principal owner of NP Vision Wealth Management Ltd.

During his long and distinguished career he has advised clients on the full spectrum of the Financial Planning Service proposition including high net worth and offshore clients, as well in recent years specialising in the corporate and commercial sector.

Michael says “We have seen significant and many changes in the financial services sector in recent years and it is vitally important that I can continue to access services and products from the whole market to continue to meet the needs and objectives of all my clients who typically, have sophisticated and sometimes complex financial matters”

Our shared philosophy remains on focusing on providing the highest professional level of service in line with my core values that allows me to provide a complete holistic and comprehensive Independent Financial Planning Service for all my clients.

Outside of work Michael enjoys most sports but in particular football, golf, rugby, and squash He is a member of his local golf club and even admits to being an Arsenal fan.

Mike’s mantra has always been: “Live for today, plan for the future learn from and respect the past.”

This philosophy has ensured that all of our clients have always experienced the best possible outcomes under his watch and he is committed to ensure that this continues under the Vision banner.

An enthusiastic player of hockey for over 40 years, Mike eventually succumbed to the frustrations of golf and is looking forward to captaining his club in 2023.

When not bestriding the links, Mike still manages to spend time with his long suffering wife of 33 years, their 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Peter is a qualified financial adviser who is currently studying towards Chartered status. He joined the company in April 2023, having previously worked with both a small adviser firm in Cambridge and a national PLC.

A graduate of Modern and Medieval Languages from Cambridge University, he is multi-lingual and previously ran a translation company in Cambridgeshire.

In his spare time Peter is a keen athlete and has won several national Masters medals for 800m, 400m and 400m hurdles. He enjoys watching most sports, in particular football and cricket. He also skis and plays golf, to a remarkably low standard.

Peter has two teenage sons with whom he enjoys adventure holidays and occasional all-night movie marathons.

Michael joined NP Vision Wealth Management Ltd in 2021 having previously worked in a law firm after obtaining his law degree.

He brings experience in working in family law, as well as operational and administrative aspects.

He provides a key support function in all of the operational and administrative aspects of the business and in particular manages the ongoing client review service.

Michael is currently studying for his diploma in regulated financial planning.

In his spare time Michael teaches children to swim and enjoys cycling and socialising.
